Lucian’s Food isn’t just a business—it’s a mother’s promise to protect, nourish, and advocate for her child.

My son, Lucian, was born with severe food allergies, so extreme that even airborne allergens could send him into a life-threatening reaction. A doctor once compared him to “Bubble Boy”, leaving me heartbroken and determined.

At the time, I was undergoing brain tumor surgery, unsure if I would survive. But one thought kept me going—who would feed Lucian if I wasn’t here? That question ignited a fire in me. I knew I had to create safe, allergen-free foods so no child—or parent—would have to live in fear of every meal.

For years, I searched for safe food options, only to realize that cross-contamination was everywhere. Big manufacturers told me that making truly allergen-free food “wasn’t worth the money” and that I would never be able to do it in America.

I refused to accept that.

I set out to build Lucian’s Food, a company dedicated to making completely allergen-free, nutritious, and delicious baked goods. Every product we create is free from the top 15 allergens, made with wholesome ingredients like hemp hearts, gluten-free oats, and fresh apples—because no one should have to choose between safety and great taste.

Today, Lucian’s Food is available in schools, stadiums, and stores—proving that safe, allergen-free food is possible and necessary. We’re here to give families peace of mind, knowing that every bite is made with love, care, and the mission to protect those who need it most.
