  • This commitment means that orders typically take 2-3 business days to process before shipment.

  • Orders are prepared and packaged immediately after baking to ensure they arrive at their peak freshness.
  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend by an additional 1-2 business days.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Lucian’s Food is not liable for delayed or undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping will be available soon—stay tuned!
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours at amandal@luciansfood.com or 916-701-3792. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged items, if applicable, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
